For the past 30 years, Ann and I have tried to make sure that 2821 and 2825 Seclusion Court are home-like, with lots of individual personal touches and a wild natural setting. This will never change.

What has changed is that one day, we woke up and realized that we are no longer young, and neither are 80% of our tenants. It is true: 80% of our tenants are 55 and up.

We have some vacancies, so it is time to welcome new neighbors. Our new residents will also be aged 55, plus.

This means that we are now officially a "senior living" community, but don't worry, we aren't putting up any signs declaring it as such, so you can still invite your friends over!

Another thing that has changed is that we are going to try to retire. I am 85 and Ann has medical issues that require a lot of my time and energy. Our daughter, Liz, has moved home from Massachusetts and she is going to become more involved with the family business.

We will continue to do everything we can to keep you comfortable in your home. As always, please feel free to call or email me with any concerns or questions. Also, please feel free to email Liz anytime at Admin@annsBELLCO.com. Liz checks her email about 100 times a day, so your message will be read and she will respond quickly.
